ECHO HUB Athens

Summer at the ECHO HUB means spending time as a community and learning outside of the classroom! ☀️ This summer we have gone on two trips.

In June, we went on a day trip to Agioi Theodoroi beach about an hour outside of Athens where we set up a picnic, swam, enjoyed sunshine and each other's company! 🏖🐚

In July, we went to the National Museum of Natural History Goulandris where we saw exhibitions of zoology, plant biology and geology from Greece and all over the world. Through interactive games, quizzes and film screenings we came face to face with the reality of climate change and learnt ways to save the planet. We want to thank the friendly staff at the museum who guided us and made us feel welcome! 🦕🦋🌎

At the end of May, ECHO HUB students took part in official language certification exams. 📝 In total, 47 students participated in exams ➡️ 37 students took the Greek Ellinomatheia exam for levels A1-B2 and 10 students took the English Speaking Board Exam (ESB) for levels B1-C1. Well done to students and teachers for all their hard work the past few months! 👏
