It's very hard to swallow that the world needs one language especially for the French, a people with great history, culture and contribution to our civilization. However what made the english language successful is that the English had no such qualms, and happily espoused french words such as menu, cordon bleu, connoisseur, entrepreneur and more. One may argue what's the problem of using a french word for cloud gaming. The problem is that when a French user needs to communicate about cloud gaming with an english speaking colleague he may have delve into his deeper memory to recover the English term for jeu video en nuage (as well as taking longer to type it)
