Στο 19ο RED Meeting Point συμμετείχε η , συμβάλλοντας δυναμικά στη συζήτηση για το μέλλον του real estate κλάδου.
Στο πάνελ «Investing in the Next Generation of Living», ο Αλέξανδρος Μουλάς, Chief Commercial Officer, Residential στη LAMDA ανέδειξε τις σύγχρονες τάσεις, τις προκλήσεις και τις ευκαιρίες που διαμορφώνουν την αγορά κατοικίας και τις επενδυτικές στρατηγικές.
Η συζήτηση ανέδειξε τη σταδιακή μετατόπιση από τα παραδοσιακό μοντέλο Build-to-Sell σε εναλλακτικά οικιστικά μοντέλα όπως το Build-to-Rent, τα serviced apartments και τη φοιτητική στέγαση, τομείς που κερδίζουν γρήγορα έδαφος μεταξύ θεσμικών επενδυτών και developers στην Ελλάδα.
Καθώς ο κλάδος εξελίσσεται, η συνεχίζει να διαδραματίζει ενεργό ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση της σύγχρονης αστικής διαβίωσης μέσω βιώσιμων αναπτύξεων με προοπτική και μακροπρόθεσμη αξία.

During the panel discussion, “Investing in the Next Generation of Living,” Alexandros Moulas shared insights on the key trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the housing market and residential investment strategies.
The discussion highlighted the gradual shift from the traditional Build-to-Sell model toward alternative residential formats such as Build-to-Rent, serviced apartments and student housing, segments that are gaining increasing traction among institutional investors and developers in Greece.

Η μοναξιά στην τρίτη ηλικία είναι μια από τις πιο διαδεδομένες, και ταυτόχρονα πιο «αόρατες», κοινωνικές προκλήσεις της εποχής μας, με ουσιαστικό αντίκτυπο στην ψυχική και σωματική υγεία. Loneliness among older adults is one of the most widespread, yet often most “invisible”, social challenges of our time, with a profound impact on both mental and physical wellbeing. Despite its scale, it remains underrepresented in terms of structured interventions, particularly through corporate initiatives. In a country like Greece, where population ageing continues to rise, the need becomes even more urgent.
With this in mind, “Time Together”, a program launched in 2025 and continuing dynamically into 2026, is a targeted initiative by designed to strengthen social connection and emotional wellbeing among older adults.
In collaboration with Emfasis Non-Profit and the National Theatre of Greece, the program fosters meaningful human connections through visits and creative activities, from conversations and games to music and theatre workshops, nurturing joy, participation, and a true sense of belonging.
Because for us, development creates real value when it responds to genuine social needs and builds connections that make everyday life better, for everyone.

Η συζήτηση ανέδειξε ότι τα μεγάλης κλίμακας έργα αστικής ανάπλασης εξελίσσονται σε ολοκληρωμένα οικοσυστήματα, όπου το retail μετασχηματίζεται σε εμπειρία πόλης, η τεχνολογία αποτελεί τη βάση ενός «έξυπνου» περιβάλλοντος και η υγεία και το wellbeing εντάσσονται οργανικά στον αστικό ιστό, κάτι που υλοποιείται ήδη μέσα από το The Ellinikon.

The discussion highlighted how large-scale urban regeneration projects are evolving into integrated ecosystems, where retail is transformed into a city experience, technology becomes the foundation of a “smart” environment, and health and wellbeing are organically integrated into the urban fabric, an approach already coming to life through The Ellinikon.

Η Σίσσυ Ηλιοπούλου, Chief Marketing Officer της LAMDA Development, την 2η ημέρα του Delphi Economic Forum συμμετείχε στο panel «Reimagining Urban Green Spaces» όπου ανέδειξε μια ξεκάθαρη κατεύθυνση: οι πράσινοι αστικοί χώροι αποτελούν κρίσιμη υποδομή για την ανθεκτικότητα και τη βιωσιμότητα των σύγχρονων πόλεων.
Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, το The Ellinikon αναδεικνύει ένα νέο μοντέλο αστικής ανάπτυξης, με το The Ellinikon Park στον πυρήνα του - όχι ως ένα ακόμη πάρκο, αλλά ως τη ραχοκοκαλιά της νέας πόλης.
