The Ellinikon Horizon Residences
As its name suggests, Ellinikon Horizon Residences is a new luxury residential complex located in immediate proximity to the iconic Ellinikon project — positioned right on the border of the greater Ellinikon site, offering unobstructed views across the entire urban redevelopment of Ellinikon and, of course, towards the sea.
Situated at 25 Geroulanou Avenue in Alimos, the development comprises a four-storey building featuring eight autonomous and independent residences with sizes ranging from 143m2 to 243m2, including a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, first and second floors, roof level with private roof gardens, landscaped gardens, five swimming pools, underground parking spaces, and a shared fitness area.
The building and surrounding landscape have been designed by the renowned APK architects, known for its minimalist aesthetic, ensuring a result of the highest design and construction quality.
This is a bioclimatic, environmentally friendly “green building”, designed with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Every feature contributes to reducing the environmental footprint and achieving an energy consumption reduction of 70–80% compared to conventional buildings.
The project has been classified as Energy Class A+, achieved through exceptional insulation, thermally broken aluminum frames, and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, combined with solar and photovoltaic installations on the rooftop. These systems will generate both hot water and electricity, with the electricity production offset through net metering.

The next construction phase of our new project in Glyfada has just started.
It is the External Wall Insulation (EWIS), which is a thermally insulated, protective, decorative exterior cladding procedure, which playes a very important role in the energy efficiency of the building.
For that critical system, he have chosen to cooperate with the best company in the world, which is Germany based, multinational STO.

When finished, it will be a unique A+ energy efficient building with environment friendly features, such as the external wall insulation described above and the production of electricity from the photovoltaic cells placed on the rooftop.
