🌿 Trainers’ Wellbeing Retreat | Kalamata, Greece 🌿

A unique ERASMUS+ training course!

Last week, Culti Multi had the pleasure to be part of the Trainers’ Wellbeing Retreat, hosted in Kalamata, bringing together trainers from across Europe to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters: our wellbeing.

Over 5 days, we explored what it really means to be a holistic trainer—not only supporting others, but also caring for ourselves. From physical and mental wellbeing practices to reflecting on life “on the road,” the retreat created a much-needed space to slow down and listen.

💭 We asked ourselves challenging questions:
Do we practice what we preach?
How do we sustain ourselves in a demanding, mobile profession?
What small changes can make a big difference in our daily routines?

Through experiential activities, peer exchanges, and moments of stillness, we co-created practical tools and personal routines to support our wellbeing—both during trainings and beyond.

✔ the courage to prioritise wellbeing—not as a luxury, but as a necessity
