For the past 10 years, we have been creating flavours, memories, and moments in the heart of Zakynthos. On June 22nd, we begin a new chapter as we move to Akrotiri.

Prosilio remains at the centre of everything we do, evolving into a complete gastronomic destination set within an olive grove. A place where you can enjoy the Prosilio dining experience and, if you wish, stay in our treehouses.

Our philosophy and menu remain unchanged.

The flavours, the people, and the hospitality you have come to love continue to be at the heart of every experience.

Το Προσήλιο αλλάζει.

Στον τρόπο που το ζεις.

Για 10 χρόνια, δημιουργούσαμε γεύσεις, αναμνήσεις και στιγμές στην κέντρο της Ζακύνθου.

Τη Δευτέρα 22/6, ανοίγουμε ένα νέο κεφάλαιο και μεταφερόμαστε στο Ακρωτήρι. Το Προσήλιο παραμένει στο επίκεντρο, αλλά πλέον γίνεται ένας ολοκληρωμένος γαστρονομικός προορισμός, μέσα σε έναν ελαιώνα.

Ένας τόπος όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις τη γαστρονομική εμπειρία του Προσήλιο και, αν το επιθυμείς, να μείνεις στα δεντρόσπιτά μας.

Η φιλοσοφία και το μενού μας δεν αλλάζουν.

Οι γεύσεις, οι άνθρωποι και η φιλοξενία που αγαπήσατε συνεχίζουν να βρίσκονται στην καρδιά κάθε εμπειρίας.
