Allow us to introduce our (awesome) team! Handling an expansive area of responsibility, the Recruiting Office Guam is hard at work and always ready to serve you. Our full-time recruiters are MKC Deren Perez (Recruiter-in-Charge) and MST1 Nathon Mills (Production Recruiter). MKC Perez has been with us since 2021, and in fact, navigated the office through its re-opening. MST1 Mills recently joined us this past summer from Marine Safety Unit (MSU) Chicago.

If you’ve visited us, you might have been greeted by other essential team members, OT Kyle Crisostomo, OT John Mercader, and BM3 Melanie Maratita; all of whom routinely recruit, handle, and assist with applicants.
