Hagåtña, Guam – Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS) Director, Theresa C. Arriola, is pleased to announce that the 2025 Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (S-EBT)
program is set to distribute cards to eligible families. The Guam Department of Education (GDOE)
identified eligible children for S-EBT benefits based on enrollment at a school that participates in
the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)/School Breakfast Program (SBP)

Location and Pickup Times:
Weekdays, Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
09/12/2025 & 09/15-19/2025
Weekends, Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday- 09/13-14/2025 & 09/20-21/2025
Who is eligible for Summer EBT 2025:

Children who are enrolled and attended a NSLP/SBP school at any point between July 1, 2024, and August 06, 2025 (end of the Summer Operational Period (SOP).

School-age children (5 to 18 years old) who are not enrolled in an NSLP/SBP school AND in the Supplemental Nutrition Program (SNAP) and/or in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), between July 1, 2024, and August 06, 2025 (end of SOP).
Existing Cards

Eligible children with existing cards: Benefits will be automatically loaded on Friday, September 12, 2025.

Eligible children with existing cards but whose benefits did not load: Please proceed to the distribution site.

SNAP/TANF children with EBT cards who qualified for the under six years old group from previous P-EBT: Will need to get a new card if they are eligible for the Summer EBT 2025.
