I am deeply honored to have been presented with the Arc Light Leadership Award by the First Four. It is truly humbling to receive this recognition, especially knowing that my Airmen worked together to draft the package and submit it without my knowledge. As a Superintendent, a significant portion of my responsibilities revolves around working behind the scenes, navigating challenging conversations, and harnessing the talents of our personnel to drive the Wing’s primary objective of preparing to execute the pacing OPLAN. However, moments like this, make every challenge and effort worthwhile and even more rewarding. I am grateful to my exceptional team and the First Four for their dedication and support.
