Quick Sunday recipe:
• Sauté garlic, onions, and small pieces of your favorite meat
• Add kimchi and let it cook down for that rich flavor
• Toss in cold rice, soy sauce, and a drizzle of sesame oil
• Mix well, then top with scallions and a fried egg
