A plate of playful contrasts. Rice flour choux pasta meets baby cuttlefish ink and tempura with a smooth garlic finish. Earthy, briny, creamy - all in one bite.

REBEL ROCKSTAR

Maurer Rebel - a new generation. Merlot harvested at three different stages and aged in oak barrels. Evolves in the glass or the decanter. Given time, its rich purple color unlocks the notes of forest and fruit; figs, cranberries, anise and herbal tones.

Tomac Rockstar - it’s all in the name. Grown on rocky soil and star-filled skies, this Riesling is an outstanding terroir and biodynamic wine. It is extremely dry, with citrusy bouquet; notes of limes, lemons, green apples and young peas.

BALKAN CHICKEN TONGUE TWISTER

Charred chicken ćevapi in complementary chicken demi-glace served with crispy chicken cracklings, clarified cucumber and colorful ajvar spread.

PERPETUAL LIMITED EDITION - KADARKA 1880

We present the very limited Kadarka 1880 by Maurer Winery. They have the oldest Kadarka vineyard with 140 year old vines that survived due to the sandy soil which protected them from diseases.

It smells and tastes like Autumn in a forest full of berries and red fruit. The forward notes are those of pomegranate, raspberry and various spices. Though these notes are fruity, the wine is explicitly dry, with vibrant acidity that smoothes out its richness.

A truly gastronomic red wine.
