Most people assume that when pain, stiffness or fatigue appear, something has gone wrong.

Sometimes that’s true.

But very often, they aren’t signs that your body has failed.

They’re signs that it’s adapting.

Your body is constantly responding to the conditions you give it.

Stress.

Recovery.

Movement.

Sleep.

Breathing.

Your nervous system doesn’t stop to ask whether those conditions are ideal.

It simply adapts.

The question isn’t whether your body is adapting.

The question is:

What is it adapting to?

The longer I work with people, the more clearly I see the same pattern.

Your body is rarely working against you.

More often, it’s doing the best it can with the conditions it’s been given.

Change the conditions.

Your body will do what it has always known how to do.

Adapt.

Veći kapacitet ne počinje s više truda.
Počinje s bolje organiziranim sustavom.

Godinama nas uče da za svaki izazov treba više discipline, više motivacije ili više napora.

Ponekad je to istina.

Ali nakon više od 50.000 sati rada s ljudima, sve jasnije vidim jedan obrazac.

Kada je sustav pod nepotrebnim opterećenjem, sve traži više napora.

Više razmišljaš.
Više se guraš.
Sporije se oporavljaš.
I s vremenom to počneš smatrati normalnim.

A nije.

Kada je sustav bolje organiziran, ne mijenja se samo način na koji se osjećaš.

Mijenja se način na koji razmišljaš, donosiš odluke, oporavljaš se i živiš.

To je ono čime se Exsupero bavi.

Ne pomoći ti da radiš više.

Nego da ponovno imaš pristup većem dijelu vlastitog kapaciteta.
