A graduate of the University of Miami Herbert Business School’s Global Executive MBA program, Pierre brings deep expertise in strategic ex*****on, finance, and leadership. He works closely with founders and organizations to turn vision into action—driving growth, strengthening operations, and creating long-term impact.

As a dedicated board member, Pierre is passionate about expanding opportunity, uplifting communities, and supporting meaningful change in Haiti 🇭🇹

Javier Salinas Jr., MBA is a retired U.S. military veteran and seasoned executive with over 20 years of leading mission-critical operations and driving results in complex global environments.

A Houston native and University of Miami MBA graduate, Javier brings a leadership style grounded in humility, service, and purpose. Throughout his career, he has strengthened governance, improved efficiency, reduced costs, and helped organizations grow sustainably.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Javier is dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and increasing access to medical services in Haiti—continuing his lifelong commitment to making a meaningful impact.
