A modern Asian street food dish where soft steamed bao meets a crispy spinach croquette. Creamy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, with an intense chili crunch mayo bringing a vibrant, spicy-sour kick. Fermented elements gently balance the softness of the bao and the richness of the sauce.

A fusion burger where Chinese bao tradition, European technique, and Sichuan-inspired spices come together in one modern bite.
