Today’s bake is a Kolachki cookie dough, rolled and cut out into a festive Christmas design, then sandwiched with a layer of sweet fruit preserves. A classic ending to a month full of bakes, memories, and holiday joy ✨

I hope you’ve enjoyed following along with this year’s cookies as much as I’ve loved making them. And now… all I can think about is how much happier my hands are without being dried out from washing dishes every single day 😅

Grinch Cookies 💚❤️

These festive cookies are full of Grinchy cheer—soft and chewy with pops of cranberry and pistachio, and oh so delicious. A little sweet, a little tart, and perfectly holiday-worthy ✨

Today’s bake was extra special. I was joined by Ava’s BFF since kindergarten, Allie, making one of her favorites from my OG baking lineup back in 2020. I don’t even have this recipe anymore, but she does! We had the best time catching up while she’s home from Virginia Tech 🤍

Unlike the Grinch… will always have a place in my heart ❤️ and a spot by the mixer! 🤣
