Ágnes Bernek PhD is a senior research fellow at the Eurasia Center of John von Neumann University, and head of the Geopolitical Research Group. Since 2009, she has given priority to geopolitics, with three main research directions: the interrelations between great power geopolitics and geoeconomic strategies, the reinterpretation of classical geopolitical concepts in the 21st century and the geopolitical situation of the Central and Eastern European region in the 21st century.
