Last night in Budapest and for my birthday, Michelle and I are going to gorge ourselves on Mangalista pork.
For those of you that aren't familiar with the Mangalista breed, it's native to central Europe and has a high fat content and rich flavour.

Edit! Without doubt the best pork I have ever eaten.
A must visit if you have a few hours and a fair few schekels!

First time I've had Hungarian wine. At 15% ABV, it's a big hitter and quite decent!
