Rocketbook’s a rather simple innovation. It’s basically a smart notebook, its pages can easily be digitalized by using the provided app for it, and everything can be erased by using a simple piece of cloth. The team isn’t wasting time though, as it’s their 5th IndieGogo campaign, and having collected nearly 5M dollars, you can tell they’re on the right path. But, the reason why it grabbed our attention is something totally different.

Their newest campaign on IndieGogo is promoting a product for kids. They took time to explain a few mistakes they made in the past, assuring people that those shipping delays are no longer a problem. They’ve even written down how they’re avoiding that.

It’s a rather simple, yet effective way of handling customer issues, and we must admit: it’s a convincing way to do so.
