What do Ukrainians think about Russians?

First of all, you need to understand what Ukrainians see every day to understand why they feel what they feel.

Every day Ukrainians see Russian troops killing people, buildings (someone's homes, schools, hospitals) are on fire, rockets, tanks, etc. A good life that was before looks like a dream now. Russian soldiers are brutally attacking Ukraine.

I'm glad I know some good Russian people. The position of the Russian person which I understand: "I fully understand that there is a war in Ukraine and Russian soldiers are killing civilians. It's a terrible situation and it shouldn't be like that. I understand why we have sanctions, we chose this government and are fully responsible for it. I understand why Ukrainians are angry at Russians and they have the right to be angry." People who I know write me this, that's why I'm lucky to know such people. But unfortunately, it's a minority.

Most support Putin.

There is the third type of Russian people. An interesting one. They say they want to have peace but complain about sanctions because they are innocent. They complain that Ukrainians are angry at Russians, that Ukrainians are wishing Russians to have the same what's going on now in Ukraine, forgetting about one small point: Ukrainians are just wishing, Russians are killing
