Nataraja, the cosmic dancer, reminds us of rhythm and transformation.

For those who have practised with us, Nataraja is a familiar name, now built with wooden floors carried from our early Jakarta shala days.

Set against Bali rice fields, the shala becomes a refuge for any seeker to simply be, beneath the vastness of the sky, and away from the noise of the world.

Yoga classes are held Monday to Saturday at 9am.
Please check our schedule for current classes and offerings.

What if understanding your wellbeing began with learning how your body actually works?

From 17–23 May 2026, Ayurvedic Living offers a seven-day immersion in the foundational wisdom of Ayurveda through study, daily practice and direct application.
Explore how digestion, energy, hormonal rhythms and routine can be understood through an integrated system that connects ancient principles to modern living.

Designed for both beginners and practitioners, this programme combines education with lived experience through Ayurvedic workshops, personalised consultation, yoga, treatments, sattvic meals and practical tools for home integration.

For those in Bali and those joining internationally, this is an opportunity not simply to retreat, but to study, observe and experience Ayurveda as a living science.

What a 'structured program' actually means at Vedic Path?

A structured program doesn’t mean rigid.
We follow the Ayurvedic principle of dinacharya: a clear daily rhythm.

The day unfolds with intention: practice, rest, meals, and space in between. Nothing is left to chance, so the body can settle, and the mind doesn’t have to keep deciding what’s next.

Most people don’t need more stimulation or inspiration. They need fewer decisions, steadier pacing, and a system that supports depth without force.

This is the basis of all our programs at Vedic Path.
