Cost Efficiency,,,

One of the investors goal in investing their fund is to maximize their wealth by ensuring their investment is returned on time or in accordance with the business plan that has been developed previously or in accordance to the feasibility study that have been carried out, before the investor decide to start a particular business. However, in reality, most of the articles I found, both on Facebook or on LinkedIn, always talked about achieving revenue, marketing strategies, advertising strategies etc, none of them thought about cost efficiency strategies or Tactical Cost and Expenses Management. Indeed, sales is a component that can produce a bottom line. Maximum sales without being supported by a cost efficiency plan will not be able to maximize returns. So far, I have seen that only accounting department is intensely thinking about cost efficiency, even though there may be some departments did. In addiiton, will be more effective if department concern think about cost efficiency because they understand better what they need, so the business decisions must be based on the needs, not just nice to have. So other department does not aware the other department needs.
