We did it! Today marks the 21st day of our 21 Day Pilates Challenge, and while many of us are still at it, we're celebrating everyone who's crossing off day 21 today! 👏😍
Watching you all show up for yourselves day after day has been nothing short of inspiring. This challenge wasn’t just about Pilates—it was about building habits, learning to meet yourself where you are today, and building a more loving relationship with you, your body and your movement practice.
