We’ll learn how to get in, out, and move through these exciting poses with supportive alignment, while building foundations you can grown from in your practice for years to come!

One of my favorite things about my yoga practice, is that I will never be finished. There is no ceiling, no floor, no edges to be found. It is boundless.

And then to teach this practice? While honoring the roots of its origins (as we all should be) while in a highly controversial modern yoga culture? …well that is a whole other lifelong journey itself.

Just keep showing up. Keep doing the work. One day, one breath, one moment at a time.
