Yesterday morning at Opus Bay was all about slowing down, a 3-hour wellness session from 7am to 10am shared with over 140 guests. The morning flowed from a calming yoga session into light-hearted games filled with laughter, before easing into thoughtful beauty talks that brought everything together. A feel-good Sunday spent in great energy, easy conversations, and meaningful connection. Let’s look forward to sharing many more moments like this again soon.
