The Banneton proofing basket has a flat bottom to allow air to circulate underneath while baking gives a gorgeous crusty exterior. It also acts as insulation so that heat cannot escape too quickly giving a soft interior texture.

It's crafted from hand woven cane that is strong enough to hold large baguettes, but soft enough not to damage your precious creations.
