💥Truth bomb: 💣 At the end of last year, i nearly gave up on my surfing dream here in Bali.🌴

In October i lost my main client over night (they discontinued the blog, even though it was very successful, to save money on staff). 🧑‍💻

That meant, i had to find a new way to cover most of my expenses. 😬💰

At first I panicked and believed i had to give up my writing business and get my first office job in Germany.🧑‍💼

For a couple of months, i let my decisions be taken over by FEAR. 👻

But i worked on it and focussed on LOVE instead. I made it back to my beloved Bali🙌❤️ I have new clients and I'm more grateful and happy to be here than ever before.

If you are in a similar situation: Hang in there! Your dream is worth fighting for. 💪

Mantra 💖

I am an introvert. Stepping into the world doesn't come naturally to me. Actually, it often scares me. I'd rather stay in my comfort zone. 🐚

I struggle in crowds. But surfing really teaches me that it is unavoidable to assert yourself. 🌊

Especially in the waves, it's so important to stand up for yourself and claim your spot in the pecking order. 💪

I deserve to be in the lineup and catch waves, just as much as everyone else. ❤️
