Day one wasn’t about sitting still.
The team headed straight into team building. Quick coordination, spontaneous teamwork, and a lot more competitiveness than expected. Zumba followed, and suddenly the whole group was moving together, no overthinking.

It was a simple start, but effective. Everyone loosened up before getting into the serious agenda.
