There are many more choices that you can do before the class session starts, for example:

• You can have a quick catch-up with your Trainer before the class

• Then, go into a quick rundown about the movement for greater understanding

• Also, ask trainers about the Reformer Bed you will use during class session so you can follow the instruction better 💯
