PT. AGE RESOURCES (AGER) is new business coal export company one of subsidiary company of Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited ("AGE") in Indonesia.

Due to rapid business expansion, therefore, we are currently looking for the talented candidates to join our company in position of:

Senior Accounting & Administration Staff (DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Performing administrative duties, data entry, and documentation.
Financial records in compliance with accepted group policies and procedures and with Indonesia statutory and governing law.
Keeping proper records on a daily basis.
Support Group Financial Controller in Thailand in all financial aspects including monthly reporting and group financial packaging.
Oversees the timely closing of accounting monthly, quarterly and year end.
Corporate income tax, value added tax, withholding tax and others filling and returns.
Liaise with bankers, consultants, and auditor and government representatives for the submission of reports and/or requirements.
Maintaining a filing system for all accounting documents.
Ensure that all documentation meet Accounting and Tax requirements and available for external audit
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Female age over 30 years old and Indonesia nationality
Having Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university. Preferable majoring “Accounting”
Knowledge of bookkeeping and office administration procedures.
Minimum of 5 years experience working in accounting field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesia accounting principles and revenue code.
Good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic and able to be hard-working.
Good command of the English language with computer proficiency.
An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
Attention to details, accuracy in work and careful with paper work.
