The President spent close to 80% of his time disparaging and telling people why his deputy shouldn't be considered for the presidency. Instead of selling the policy issues of the guy he's backing, he chooses not to because he can't talk about a development manifesto there isn't. Isn't it clear that he's into succession politics for his own interest and to protect that which he feels would come under scrutiny if another rival party was to be pivotal in the big seat?

In the charged meeting meant to blackmail and emotionally manipulate naive voters, he says he's supporting whomever he's supporting not because he wants that person to be president but because he wants peace to be there. Isn't there peace at the moment or what kind of peace is he insinuating to? Maybe he's talking about peace that would ensure his role in economically burdening and sabotaging Kenya is never questioned!
If peace is the only thing he's truly championing for and not wanting the baton to be passed to his brother, why is he deep into succession politics of the presidency? Political peace will always be enjoyed if inside forces do not interfere with a democratic process.

Away from wanting to have a say on who takes control next, why can't he broker mechanisms that would ensure the peace he's loudly preaching will still be there after his exit? And it starts with restitution.
Uhuru isn't looking forward to peace but security of what's attached to him and his proxies. That's what he's terming as "peace".

He also intimated that the deputy has been stealing. The constitution does not protect his deputy from being prosecuted while still in the office. Why aren't there criminal cases in court to back his skewed assertions?
