They found him standing still—on the freeway.
Not dodging. Not running. Just… still.
As cars flew past him, as horns blared, as tires screeched—he didn’t flinch.
He was ready.
Ready for whatever came next, because clearly, no one was coming for him.
But one woman did. She spent 30 minutes chasing him through speeding traffic.
She didn’t just save a dog that day. She saved a soul that had already accepted death.
His name is Buster now.
But if we don’t act, the freeway won’t be what ends him—the system will.

In the photo, a large, droopy-eyed Bloodhound named Buster stands quietly against a cold metallic wall, as if bracing himself. His amber coat clings to a body that looks tired—more emotionally than physically. His eyes, deep red and rimmed with sorrow, don’t just look sad—they look haunted. The metal walls around him reflect no warmth, only isolation. He stares into the distance, as though he's still hearing the cars, still waiting for the worst.

💔 She doesn’t cry. She doesn’t bark.
She just sits in the corner… facing the wall…
like she’s trying to disappear into it.

This is what a brokenheart looks like.
At only 13 weeks old, little PEEPS has already learned abandonment, fear, and silence.
No baby should feel this alone.

In this chilling photo, a tiny brindle Mastiff puppy — barely a few months old — curls her body tightly into a corner, facing away from the world. Her back is hunched, her tail tucked, and her face hidden, as if she’s punishing herself for something she didn’t do. The white netted fencing behind her is cold and uninviting, and the thin blue mat beneath her offers little warmth or comfort. She is entirely alone — emotionally and physically — a baby with no one. No touch. No voice. Just silence and steel.

She doesn’t know what she did wrong — because she did nothing wrong.
She just needs out. She needs you.

🆘 SHARE. FOSTER. RESCUE.
Help us show PEEPS that not all humans walk away.
She still has a whole life to live — don’t let her grow up behind bars.
