Today reminded me why "doing it all" is a myth!

Between managing deliveries and keeping the kids entertained, I missed a crucial update: our customer was at the spa across the street instead of the hotel gate!

I felt that "business owner anxiety" when I didn't see a reply, but I’m so glad we got it sorted. It’s all part of the journey of running a family business—sometimes it’s messy, sometimes it’s confusing, but it’s always worth it when those fresh waffles finally reach the door.
