Scorpion / Vrschikasana

This workshop focusing on anatomy of “The Stabilizer Muscles” and 3 hours alignment based class with structured sequence.

This is a Backbend Workshop that builds on from the foundational work of opening the shoulder , upper thoracic spine with a mobility practice then moving to bend deeper into the lower thoracic spine and setting the stage for headstand drop overs end it with finding scorpion in Pincha/handstand .

This workshop is for a yoga practitioner who wants to deepen their backbend practice and a yoga teacher who wants to know more about anatomy, techniques and alignment in backbend.

No worries if you still couldn’t do any kind of scorpion! We will use a lots of props during the practice 😉! All level practitioner are welcome! 😘
