💗We dived deep learning about Rebirthing Breathwork.
💗This technique is the gentle form of breathwork which allows the client to breathe gently and deeply, till the divine energy takes over the breath. This is when the powerful healing occurs: stuck energy, trauma, emotions and stress is moved out of the body, mind and soul, with the power of gentle breathing.
💗My mind is blown how powerful yet gentle this method is.
💗I'm so excited to integrate rebirthing breathwork with my 1-1 sessions with sound healing to help others strip away layers of energetic blocks, the way it has profoundly helped me during this course.
💗So grateful to be taught by Daniel Coates who has been a rebirthing breathworker for 19 years and learnt from the original founder;
💗Deep gratitude to the rebirthing breathwork soul tribe including amazing assistants Kalie and Aaron who held such beautiful space for us all to learn, grow and push through our own boundaries and limitations with trust, truth, vulnerability and one love.
