🦋 Emerging from a beautiful month of Clarity Breathwork Facilitator Training. It has been an absolute pleasure and joy to assist and learn from my teachers, Dana Dharma Devi DeLong & Ashanna Solaris in Bali,🌴especially after having completed levels 1-4 of breathwork training with them online during the pandemic.

💖 Clarity Breathwork has so many benefits, and these ma’s have supported me in processing and moving through a whole lot of trauma and old conditioning, patterns and ways of being.
This has helped me step into this wonderful life that I deserve to be living!

✨ I no longer experience the dark days that were so heavy I never wanted to grow old.
✨ I’ve shifted my relationship patterns so that I could invite in a happy, healthy, loving relationship with open & honest communication
✨ I’m much more connected to my needs to feel safe and am improving on communicating them to others
✨ I have stepped into who I truly am, embracing the weird parts of me and it’s OK if not everyone loves me this way. I love me! 🌈✨💖
✨ I’m just generally so much happier and vibrant!
