After 20 years, I am still inspired to introduce people to the “water world”.

It reminds me of when I went diving for the first time and realized that there is a whole underwater world that only divers know.

In the same way being floated lends another dimension to our experience— unusual, but very familiar!
This possibility to be supported in the water and connect deeply with ourselves— through body but beyond mind— is a chance to reunite with our essential nature.

I don't know exactly how it happens.

Perhaps it is the connection with the water element, so basic to all life and to the womb waters we all swam— our connection to the memory of what is to be safe, comfortable, and nourished.

Perhaps it is being held and cared for without expectation or conditions— feeling accepted and whole.
