XO ACTIVE is a leading women's activewear brand that’s core focus is to ensure every woman feels supported. A multichannel operator with well-developed and highly successful retail, e-commerce and wholesale business which is all serviced by its own manufacturing and distribution centre in Denpasar Bali, Indonesia.

We are now searching for a Brand Manager to deliver the company vision, ensuring the consumer is at the heart of everything we do.

You will report directly to the Founder/Creative Director and will play a key role in supporting the build of the product strategy for all global sales channels and assisting in delivering the brand business and marketing vision.

Work across business functions to support and inspire the delivery of our message to the consumer. This is a multi-faceted role and will require a driven and ambitious rock star to fill this position.

No two days are the same.... from pulling together a collection, merchandising, photoshoots, scouting locations, travelling for international tradeshows (when all the craziness is over), working on new categories, store visits or helping with lookbook/ line sheets and loading collections and getting images online.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previously experienced in working within a multichannel brand across Brand Management, Merchandising, Buying or Business functions (ideally in the Swimwear/ Activewear industry)

Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, social media with knowledge of shopify.

Ideally have experience in fashion shoots and styling experience.

Interested in Activewear and have a strong understanding of the market landscape including both products and brand competitors.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside of the box

Be a passionate, enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude!

Confident working autonomously but ALWAYS with a team focus.

Attention to detail, taking pride in the delivery of your work.

A strong communicator with confidence.

Live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Able to think on your feet, an idea’s person with love and belief for the product and a flair for the visual.

Always be up for the challenge, with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining resilient.

A quick thinker, with good planning and organizational skills.

A proficient user of Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint, ideally with e-commerce experience & adobe suites AND with an analytical mind.
