This week our students experienced a sound bath session as part of our focus on wellbeing, self awareness, and emotional regulation.

Because learning isn’t just academic.
It’s also understanding how to slow down, reflect, manage emotions, and care for your mind and body.

Experiential learning comes in many forms — sometimes it’s building projects, solving problems, collaborating in teams… and sometimes it’s simply learning how to be present.
