When you heal the part of you that believes that you’re unlovable or not “good enough” for love, you’re able to not just receive that love, but to give love without coming from a place of need.

But rather from a place of wholeness and love.

This is the journey of the Wild Love Breathwork Practitioner - we learn to actively love and accept ourselves as we are through re-entering the body and creating a safe space within.

We begin this week!

The Embodied Breath Academy’s 6 month training begins July 12th as a curated, intimate group of 6 souls journeys to love and own all aspects of themselves.

When you learn to live, breathe, work, relate, connect, and show up for yourself (& your friends, family, and community!) from a place of love, your reality shifts for the better.
