I will be doing a session at the SOS track in Cork on Tuesday warmed up ready to start at 10am if anyone would like to join me, likely to be a threshold mile followed by faster 400m reps all up about 35mins

Well done to Mark Hanrahan on winning Irish national 10km championships today at the Spar Great Ireland Run. Also great run by Paul Robinson in the mile run, so close to 4mins. Great to see positive results after a spell of training in Falls Creek and Ballarat . Line in the sand now for the next training block in a Laguna Mountain, CA at 6000ft.
