Nutter Butter Brussels Sprouts! 🌱 🥜
Aside from the store cupboard essentials (olive oil, salt & pepper!) all you need are 3 ingredients & an air fryer!
1 net of Brussels sprouts
100g Dried Cranberries
1/2 Jar of Harry’s Nut Butter
Method:
Cut the sprouts in half, toss in the oil of your choice with plenty of salt and cracked black pepper, roast in a hot air fryer for 25 minutes or until crispy & beginning to caramelize.
Top with dollops of and dried cranberries!
It’s a taste sensation!
Sweet
Sour,
Salty,
Bitter,
Umami.
Enjoy your sprouts 🌱 They are delicious!

It’s the end of the season for us so we celebrated with our first edition of “The Great Loco Bake Off” before we head off on our holidays! 👩🍳 👨🍳
Everyone cooked up a storm and we all enjoyed a delicious feast! Congratulations to this year’s winners!!! (not that it was ever a competition of course 😉)
