We're Hiring – Full-Time Member Services Officer
Arklow Credit Union is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team.
The role includes:
✔ Providing excellent member service in person, by phone and online
✔ Teller duties and cash handling
✔ Processing loan applications
✔ Assisting members with accounts and Credit Union services
✔ General administrative and operational support
We're looking for someone with:
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• QFA/CUA qualification (or currently working towards it) is desirable
Full-time | Tuesday to Saturday
