🎻 Piatti Quartet Returns to Drogheda this March!
Drogheda Classical Music is delighted to welcome back the internationally acclaimed Piatti Quartet, Resident Quartet at Kings Place, London and celebrated for their “profound music making” (The Strad) and “lyrical warmth” (BBC Music Magazine).
Since their prize-winning performances at the 2015 Wigmore Hall International String Quartet Competition, the quartet has performed worldwide with numerous international broadcasts.
Their recordings have earned widespread acclaim, including ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BBC Music Magazine reviews, a Presto Music Top 10 Recording of the Year, and multiple nominations from Gramophone and Limelight.
They return to Drogheda with a sumptuous programme featuring:
🎶 Brahms – String Quartet No. 1 in C minor
🎶 Charlotte Harding – Iorsa
🎶 Dvořák – String Quartet No. 13 in G major
