11 years in the making, but definitely worth waiting for. Marrying an award-winning team of Australian excellence with Regal Rogue, STARWARD Whisky, Crawley's syrups, and Evan Stroeve, our Bold Aged Amaro looks to redefine the world of Bitters.

Blending Regal Rogue's Bold Red vermouth with extra indigenous extracts and a specially created Crawley’s syrup, our new Amaro ages in STARWARD Whisky barrels for up to 6 months. Soft, fresh, and lively, with just the right amount of depth from the essence of Whisky that remains in the barrels, our Amaro zings in all the right ways. .
