and create your own colourful plant hanger to take home.

Macramé could be described as Yoga for the mind! The mindful repetitive act of crossing over the yarns to create knots becomes rhythmic, bringing us into a state of flow, like a meditation.

Catherine of will guide you through this hands-on workshop, where we will settle in a creative flow of mindful making. No experience needed.

The workshop will also include a relaxing guided meditation with Pamela. You will also have the chance to create your own flower/nature mandala 🌼 followed by a refreshing snack.
