The fastest and hardest year I think I’ve gone through as a human 😅

I cannot thank you enough for supporting and trusting me and my clinic to be your hub for all things physio and movement therapy. 🫶🏼

In the last year I’ve been able to progress my work as a physio in multiple ways, including becoming a part of lansdowne rugby club, experiencing top level care with cricket ireland and sport ireland and evolving my own skills and practices through courses and workshops.

Being a physio is more than you’d think and it brings me joy on a day to day basis! I can wholeheartedly say that I love my job and to be honest it’s all down to the amazing patients/ clients I get so see and spend time with!
