There is a reason why I haven’t been posting videos much lately been training for 2 months the weight is just about the same the left one is me weighing at 64kg and right one just about 65kg sometimes it’s ok to put the camera down and focus on training I feel better and stronger I know static’s haven’t been up lately but like I said there is a reason have a great week guys oh and not to forget I have been taking creatine along the way and it has boosted my energy levels and Strenght 👌🏼
