What a brilliant few days for Bray Runners at the National Juvenile Track and Field Championships where we had two athletes on the podium 🧡🖤:

🥉 Niamh Graham U14 Shot Put with a PB of 10.76

🥈 Doireann Doyle U16 Pole Vault with a PB of 2.70m

🌟 Feidhlim Harvey U16 High Jump 6th and U16 Shot Put 6th; huge achievement making Nationals in two events

🌟 Jessica O Connor U16 800m 7th
🌟 Cormac Bowdan U19 400m 12th
🌟 Adam Craxton U19 800m 13th

Huge congratulations to Bray Runners athlete, Roísín Murray, who was part of the Ireland U20 Womens 4x400m team that secured the U20 World Standard yesterday in Carlow. Everyone in the club is very proud of you Roísín, congratulations also to your amazing coach Áine 🧡🖤

Last Thursday we hosted almost 300 athletes! We couldn't have done this without the support of our wonderful coaches and parents (plus a few former members and coaches too), as well as the many volunteers from our fellow Wicklow clubs. Thanks also to Greystones A.C. for the use of their equipment, and the Shoreline team for facilitating us. Our Invitational is for most Wicklow athletes the last T&F meet of the outdoor season, and is by design a FUN inclusive competion. It is also an inter-club competition, and for the 4th year in a row Bray Runners won the overall competition 🏆, with Kilcoole runners-up 👏 Greystones retained the Medley Relay shield after a thrilling race, with Bray runners up!

Well done to everyone who competed, a great time was had by all, as can be seen in the photos!!
