For World Food Safety Day, we’re highlighting three resources that support learning and discussion around food systems, food waste and food justice.

This Watch. Read. Discuss. selection includes a video resource on food waste, a booklet challenging common myths about the global food system, and an activity pack exploring food, globalisation and food sovereignty in Latin America.

Together, they help learners think critically about production, consumption, poverty, responsibility and the need for fairer food systems.
