📢 We’re Hiring: Family Support Worker (Part-Time)

Ark Housing Association is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Support Worker to support children and families facing challenges and help them build brighter futures.

🤝 Role includes:
Assessing family needs, delivering support plans, working with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting community engagement.

📍 Location: Wicklow (office & site-based)
🕒 Hours: 19.5 per week
📄 Contract: 1-year fixed term
💰 Salary: €36,448 (pro rata)

✔️ Relevant third-level qualification required
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in family support/social care
✔️ Strong communication, empathy & organisational skills
✔️ Full driver’s licence and access to a car required
